1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order and takes up to 7 days to reach your doorstep.
2. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, and also instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed back in to your bank account.
3. Can I cancel an order?
Cancellations are possible if you cancel before your order is shipped which is within one to five days of your order being placed.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order, if it is the wrong size, wrong colour, defective or not the item you ordered, simply contact us on email@example.com and we will organize to have the item shipped back to us and give you a refund.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you did not get the item you expected, let us know and we will get you a new one.
